Put it all in a row
Take your bank statements and note what you pay per month for the TV part of your plan, a sports pack and streaming services. Do not forget the rental of a receiver.
Compare per month
Put the monthly price of an IPTV subscription next to it. You find it by dividing the one-off price by the number of months in the term.
Mind what you need
You keep your internet plan, because IPTV works over the internet. The saving is in what you no longer pay separately for TV, sport and movies.
One-off costs count too
When comparing, do not look at the monthly amount alone. Connection fees, renting or buying a receiver and a notice period make a plan more expensive than it seems. With an IPTV subscription you pay once up front, those items do not exist and you know the whole amount beforehand.
